It's unfair for the media to sway people's votes, yet again, by refusing to give time to a man that is truly in the election to win. It's another example of how the media sways the citizens of this country to believe that only a select couple of people have a chance to win the nomination, because they refuse to acknowledge legitimate campaigns that don't have the giant corporate support.

Miriam said 10/22/07, 2:31 pm (verified)

Mike Gravel is one of the few candidates beholden to no one. He is not running to do the bidding of private interest groups. This is the reason his massage is so different from Hillbamwards. His outspoken voice is absolutely necessary for any truly democratic public debate.

Even though I am a conservative republican... this shows the filthy beaurocracy that has become politics today. He has not met fundraising requirements? Who gives a rats ass. Since when does how much money you have determine how much you know about politics? Let the man speak. What are you afraid of?

There are many like me who want to see him there and will remember who is trying to exclude only him. Let him speak, NBC. You all waste enough time on the air with out saying anything new or useful.
