How is it that the government only deal with what they feel is legal-How can someone be in a nursing home for years-and is never visited by a son, daughter, know one-yet when the person dies the government only sees the legal matter that the family member should get the say so-they had nothing to do with the persons care when they were alive-so why should they benefit when the person dies-Now I was in a long term relationship with plans to get married the month of June 2006-in the course of waiting my fiancee had been going to plenty of doctors-due to the fact he had congestive heart failure coupled with diabetes -also his kidneys failed at times-however over the course of the five years we were together-we have been going back and forth to doctors the hospitals and everything-we were going through the process of being on the heart transplant list-the doctors mention the bridge to transplant would be a lvad(left ventricular assist device)in aiding of allowing the heart to rest and provide pumping assistance to the heart so his kidneys could function properly-during surgery my fiancee passed-however I made all the necessary arrangements as far as funeral and burial-for some reason his family whom he heard nothing of for quite sometime and who had nothing to do with his care-they felt he needed not to be bury where we resided -they came in to town threatened the funeral director-who in turn realeased my fiancees body to the distant cousins-who wanted to show boat at a funeral-when all they had to do was show up at the funeral arranged-I did not know where he was buried I researched and found out-he is in a forgotten grave-a grave with know headstone-plenty of dirt around him-clearly you can see this is not the cemetary that is cared for-I am distressed about the whole deal-I am seeking signatures so this type of thing can stop and not happen to someone else-Know one should benefit off of a persons death when they had nothing to do with their life-rather they have blood or marriage-whomever took care of the person should be the one to make decisions
