I support this petition. Two years ago my sister and her new husband offered to take temporary guardianship of my two little ones. They told me that they would help me out with them so i could finish school and get my life together for my children and myself. Today i had an officer of the court serve me with papers stating that my sister and her husband wish to adopt my children as their own. The papers state I'm unfit because of lack of interest....I ask all of you how is it lack of interest when she has cut off contact, won't return my calls, and won't even allow me to see my children. She has alienated me completely since April....
On 25th January 2008 all 3 chrildren has been taken away from I went to court for nine months and the court said they have to be in placement and I don't know why they went away I was on the wrong meddie and I was living with my boyfriend and I had to do everything and they kept sating its not good enough and now I lost my children and my heart has already broken in half I miss them and I love them so much

i am going through a hard time me and the wife are dew in court next week the s,s are trying to take my kids away they are using stuff that a pedophile social worker as said about me which is not true the social worker was still working for a local authority and they knerw he was under investigation they covered up i love my kids very much and they have told my wife to leave me she does not want to as she loves me and i love her the s.s even accused us of killing how dauther even though it was proved cot death my intensions are to sue the local authority for slander defanation hurt feelings for the lies that they have told we have to fight back all us parents the abuse of parents by social workers as got to stop

God bless you. I'm also fighting for my children. The court gave sole custody to the father even though he was abusive to me. The commissioner on my case refuse to listen to me in the courtroom, even after he gave no support or try to see them for a year after we separated. I haven't seen them since nov 2007, and today is my youngest birthday, he wont even let me speak to her to wish her a happy birthday.

Social Services need to be stoped from making judgements that they think is going to happen they need too stop destroying innocent families any social worker that does this should be hung drawn and quartered they talk about protecting children who is there to protect children from them.

My children were abducted by my in-laws and now they are pushing fro an illegal divorce through the act of collusion which is a felony. I support you totally DCFS filed a bogus case against me and now they will not expunge it now that they know the truth. They also did not follow their own policy on child abduction and neglect cases of doing an investigation within 24 hours of a report or reporting it to me within 7 days that I was under investigation which goes against the law also.

The longer your children are in care, the more Verbal Diarrea the Social Services will produce, they know they have no real grounds to keep your children, so now their just winging it! i suppot this because recently a very close member of my family has lost her only two kids because of Barkingand Dagenham Social Services. this was because of her Ex-Boyfriend aswell. she has been fighting this for almost 3 years now and the courts decided that she will go back to her ex, who made her lose her children as well as being an alcoholic, so that is why she cant have her children back. they are both now going up for adoption and she has lost her chance to get back into their lives because social services have ruined her life, not only did they take her children away but they told her to go back with her ex so she could get her oldest child of 16 moths back but really she wouldnt because then it would of proved the social services right, that she has gone back to him. not only have they ruined her life but they have ruined everyone elses included her mother who was their nan and myself, a cousin. we will do everything in our power to try and stop those children from going up for adoption and get them back with who they belong to, which is their MUM.

me & my partner had our 3 children adopted by social services because we could not prove how our 2nd child got injuries. we done everything possible to get them back but no 1 wanted to help. iam now 33 weeks pregnant we told social services straight away, they told us we would get assessed, we just found out there thinking of removal at birth. i miss my 3 children very much its been 3 years since we last saw them and we still get upset. social workers tell you 1 thing but are really plotting behing your back.

i was asingle parent and in feb2006 boty my children were living with me (unsupervised) findings were made against me by a court with social services that i abused my daughter back in 2003....i have lost my children...if anyone can advise please tell me...i have become depressed and lost my job..stangley i am still lving with my niece and nephew who are the same age as my children..where is justice....i am not on no register...social are telling me to pay privatley for theraphy £7,000...and then i could be considered to have my children back....i dont have that money..and now i am only allowed to seemy children 6 times a year...please note there was never any criminal evidence against me. iwas not convicted by a jury. and at no time i was charged with any sexual offence...never in my life has such an allegation been made.....can any one help please..

I'm in court on the 14/12/06, trying to help get my sister back home after Dr Marrieta Higgs (Clevland Case) said she had been sexually abused. Dumfries and Galloway social services removed my sister 7 years ago from the family home, even though Dr Higgs wasn't suppose to be involved in cases of this nature. 7 Years passed no C.I.D evidence no one arrested and still fighting to get my sister back home will this ever end?
