Microsoft has inputted a a feedback system for users to send on other users of the Xbox 360 gaming console when operating on Xbox Live. Do to the openness of the system users can submit any kind of negative feedback even if morally the feedback is false. At this time the system is increasingly becoming abused by some users of Xbox Live. Not only that but the system is automated, as told by the supervisors of Xbox Live Support on December 22, 2007, meaning after a certain number of complaints your account is automatically banned. The system is loop holed enough that users who are as much as having a bad day can complain and send false feedback that in the long run can get you banned. Microsoft feels the need to not turn their back on this problem

Along with Xbox Live Feedback problems racism is increasingly becoming such a problem that some users have called Xbox Support about the problems they have witnessed. Through email or phone the answer is file a complaint. Instead of Microsoft monitoring game chats atleast on random occurrences if not when a complaint against a gamer is filed, users that have been the subject of abuse are forced to deal with it. In the Terms of Service on Xbox.com it says severe racial remarks are warrant for account cancellation however this is not the case and most problems are ignored. The undersigned are valid paying customers and concerned consumers that acknowledge that Microsoft Corporation is not taking these matters as seriously as needed and that action should be taken. The feedback system is not justifiable because it cannot be said that every user on Xbox Live is morally being truthful. The feedback system needs to be removed from Xbox Live or changed into a better system. At the same time Microsoft is not taking the appropriate actions with the tools they have to punish those that use racist slurs and other offensive word of discrimination. Microsoft Corporation needs to to a better job at enforcing these rules and let users know that discrimination of any shorts will not be toleration. Because this is becoming such a huge problem we the consumer would like Microsoft Corporation to not only take notice of this petition but also ensure us that they will do a better job.
