This is because you promised to give us slight advance warning about it, and there was none. You also promised to keep us updated, but you never did, either by Twitter or Facebook or the hallway. Lastly, we were unable to redeem any items by the time the pages loaded, and some items were claimed to be redeemable but instead brought us to the main page. Please solve these issues and give all your loyal members a chance to redeem something they want after sacrificing much of this year\\\'s holiday season in anticipation.
