So when a girl says I like you as a friend. Why doesn't sahe like as more than a friend. Why can there be a rule where she tell you that why she won't go out with you. Please once you get this and believe in it when you sign it please send it to all of your friends about this and for them to sign it.

this depends from girl to girl. Some think they're the best thing out there, and can't even bother to tell you that she shinks she is so way to good for you. Other girls might actually mean it, and your question came as a shock, and she needs some time to think aout it. Or, maybe she just doesn't feel that way about you, and she really doesn't want to hurt your feelings. If you surprized her with the question, as guys seem to have a real knack for doing, she'll feel bad to just say no, because she obviously likes you in some way or another and doesn't want to see a sad look on your face. Remember that you can't force someone to have feelings for you. And, oh, she could be afraid to ruin your friendship. Alot of people use that as an excuse, i know, but it could be true. I know, because I have first hand experience, and theres nothing quite like the pain you feel when that happens.

oo and when I said "attractive", I meant personality wise. I didn't mean judge by looks (although that might be the reason.) Maybe you should cherish the relationship you have with her now though, keep things simple and it might happen later.

well first off she might not like you because you don't make sense when you speak. I don't believe in this because I have done this before. Anyhoo I'll give you advice because I think you might actually need it: if a girl says she likes you only as a friend it's because she probably doesn't find you attractive. There have been times when that's been my reason. Maybe when she says it though, it's true. You just have to hope for the second one.

Maybe its cause we really dont like you or we dont wanna be mean and say helll no i will never go out with you.... excuses can be better then telling the truth some times and theres plenty of people i nknow that can back me up on that.... if you really like a chick talk to her tell her that you value your friendship and want to keep it but eventually and hopefully maybe you guys can be more as friends and if she dose like you goo and if not just kjeep bieng friends the worst thing is to lose a friend over liking them
