Lynne Spears, better known (technically only known) as Britney's mom, is a brilliant and insightful poet. She kindly included a measly few original poems in her tell-all memoir Through the Storm, but I and the world need more.

Everyone knows that all good poems rhyme and hers do! I experienced such a myriad of emotions when reading her poetry, one minute laughing and the next crying. She is an artist who should be recognized. After staging a dramatic reading of her work thus far, I realized that others were as affected by the poems as I was, laughing and then looking sad, suicidal almost. Her work is that powerful!

Sign this petition to encourage Lynne Spears to publish a book of her poetry. She is an artist! And Lynne if you are reading this, getting a second book deal shouldn't prove too difficult since you were somehow able to get that first one.
