Bill O'Reilly would be the first to demand at least a retraction if a liberal made a claim like this. Let's see if he can take it as well as he dishes it out!
"The Battle of the Bulge" is one of the greatest films of all time. I've seen it a dozen times at least. Nobody can convince me O'Reilly hasn't seen it at least twice. His sole motivation is to justify American atricities in Iraq. He's simply lost his wings and cracked his nut.
I support this petition because one again O'Reilly has shown no respect for the truth. He owes the military an apology and especially one to the families of the slain troops of the 285th.
My father served in both arenas Pacific and European. Two purple hearts. What a shameless disgrace you make of his and all WWII veterans. Vile, despicable liar at worst. Ignorant of history at best. I'll go with my first choice.
Bill O'Reilly is a disgrace to the broadcasting profession.
There are atrocities in every war, but that does not make it right.
His rationale: It was done in WWII, so it is okay to do it in Iraq.
He should be relieved of his job NOW!
O'reilly will say anthing to protect Bush and all the rest of the right wing nuts who pay his salary. Remember, he started out as an announcer on a tabloid news show.
O'Reilly, you should be ashame that of your complete lack of WWII history. And to falsely smear the America armed forces of WWII like you did is beyond belief.
It is time for Mr. O'Reilly to take responisibility and apologize to the 82nd Airborne, our current servicemen and women and all America. He should do so Immeadiately,
I am outraged and disgusted both by O'Reilly's slandering our soldiers and then his refusal to own up to it. That he and his network are more interested in CYA than setting the record straight says it all.
