If Bill is such a proponent of personal responsibility, he should actually own up to what he said and possibly be reprimanded by fox for his lack of fact checking. regardless of how much of a windbag he is, he's still accountable for what he says.
This is so typical of Bill O'Reilly that, I dont think his "misrepresentatio ns" surprise anyone there at FOX News or the public at large. Afterall that's what he's paid for, entertaining the fancy of the right-wing fringe. But please don't allow him to discredit the men who faught so bravely for the liberties we enjoy. Please, try to show some scruples.
Fox should demand a very public and abject apology from O'Reilly. Fox also owes America some remedial education as to how much shame and blame the last two generations of Germans have struggled with, and how their grandparents brought it on them. Fox is pimping a clueless apologist for the mass killing of unarmed civilians. This is worse than selling ignorance or backward facts. Much worse.
This petition is not about right/left; conservative or liberal it is merely historical, factual respect for truth. To continue to misrepresent the truth about theses soldiers who were murdered by Germans dishonors every member of any generation who has respectfully served his country. You have family members serving....how would you feel if they were disrespected in this manner. If my father, or family member had been there, I would be suing you for libel. Be ashamed, very ashamed of your conduct!
Bill O'Lielly (along with the rest of "FAUX News", Limbaugh, Coulter, Matthews, et al) are the most Un-Patriotic, Anti-American, lying bunch of propagandists who make their highly paid livings on the corpses of the lowest-paid victims of Their King, George the Lying-Hearted.
They are a disgrace to our formerly free press and a credit to the mindless whoreporate propaganda that replaced it.
