Bill O'Reilly's comments were bad enough. But now we learn that they have scrubbed the transcript rather than retracting the comments. This is unforgivable, and his show and network can never be trusted again.
Mr. O'Reilly, you owe an apology to every single American soldier who has worn the uniform with honor.
You should retract your statement and apologize. No spin at all, a simple I was wrong and I apologize is what is needed.
Mr. O'Reilly you have an obligation to check the facts before taking a story on the air. Your record of not doing so leads me to believe it is intentional.
All I can say is, it is about time we held this insane group of liars on Fox accountable. They need to know that they no longer have license to simply say whatever they want, and allow the lie to obstruct reason and accountibility. Once O'Reilly realizes he can't use this scam anymore, he will proclaim himself a victim of left wing smears, and leave the airways a martyr. We know the truth Bill, and we will continue to hammer you.
