I personally think its bullshi*t that no console will take the greatness of manhunt 2 on. and if all else fails turn to microsoft or pc cause i really want to play this game very badly

I think this game should be released as it was originally intended to be released. If you are offended by the game there is a simple solution: don't buy it. And if you are a parent you should monitor what your children are playing instead of trying to police the world.
Give Adults the right to make up their own minds. Classify by all means, but allow consenting Adults to see the movies they want, read the books they want, listen to the music they want and PLAY THE GAMES THEY WANT.

It's about time we gamers have a choice of what games to play, and not allow some other people make the decision for us. as said, there should be 2 different version. let the gamers made the choice.

I'm an adult person and want to decide myself _what_ I'd like to play/to consume and what not! So keep censorship away and stick to the _working_ age-rating standards for (multi)media products! Parents should better look on their kids or better shouldn't even buy those games for them if not suitable at all!It's not the rating-system's fault in any way though!
I don't understand how anyone...politicians or whoever could get away with choosing the media we watch or the games we play. That's complete bullshit. It should be the consumers choice. I am for this as I want the uncut version with an AO rating. I don't want some toned down piece of crap. I want the game the way it was intended to be played!!
My suggestion, released the AO cut and use the controversy and buzz as free hype for the eventual release of an M-Rated version, which would hopefully be okayed in the UK.
1 version and 1 version ONLY. The original intended version!!!! AO rating or Rejected (UK), direct sell the game and foregt about the censors.There is no such thing as a bad advertisment. This will sell bucket loads now because of the hype, retail or not.
If running with Scissors can do why can't take two?Games can be sold directly from the developer. This will get retailers to reconsider their scittishness and fear. It is insulting that a few Political Pansies ruin this and other resources of entertainment. If take two can muster a dual launch I will be waiting. Hopefully GTA IV follows suit.

Ive never understood what the big difference was. If you are 18 you can buy a gun for killing animals for sport which is totally accepted in our society. Yet, to pretend kill with a video game pretty much means that global destruction will occur. Please fight for this cause. We, the gamers, will back you.
