I pray for the lovett family. I like to share with you that sometimes things are not like we hope and plan, But there is a jugde who is our dear LORD.Watching everyones step and decisions. I can say God Bless you and watch as the Lord work on this situation.
I pray that the Lovett Family embrace the Lord and seek the Peace that only he can give. As for he Walsh family, I pray that Walsh can look at himself daily and live with the fact that FOR NOW, he has gotten away with murder. I know Marishka's face will haunt him the rest of his life.
Where is the justice in the decision? An innocent child was killed unintentionally- she was an involuntary participant. But if two persons fight voluntarily, and one ends up dead, although unintentional, the living person is charged with murder...just think about it.
Regardless of whom started. When is it ok to retaliate in a hostile manner. Even domestic or assault cases get punished and no one cares whom started the situation!
God will give the Lovett family joy in the midst of this time of sorrow (for the 2nd time). The Walsh family may be celebrating the verdict now; however, the true judgement will come. Yes, Mr. Lovett was at fault for not being able to hold his peace, but that does not justify the act of violence by the Joshua Walsh.
I am signing because I would lie to here more details on the verdict and the case. Its tragic but it must be said that the father is equally responsible for allowing his daughter and others to be in harms way because he was cut off. Whether it was a gun shot or an accident that could have been occured due to his reaction to a traffic encounter.
I thought that there was a law abt 10, 20, life!If u discharge a firearm u automatically get 10yrs?Correct me if I am wrong!This matter should go to a higher court. My prayers go out to the family of Marishka Lovett.
I think that the shooter should have been convicted and sentenced to 25years to life. He shot into a unarmed vehicle and killed a young child. The shooter should have to pay for his actions.
I feel that this is an injustice to little Markisha. A person was killed. A person shot into an unarmed car. That is murder. What ever happened to 10-20-life anyway.
This is a crying shame. Where is the justice for this beautiful little girl.
Was she put on this earth for NOTHING?

We know not how many days have been assigned to each of us only God knows that day and hour, so do not fret just trust in the one who know all. Ever heart every thought and every deed and no wrong will go unpunished. Trust in Him and stay clsoe to Him. He is aways available to us and He hears us when we call. Call upon Him today and He will confort your aching heart.
I don't understand how a person can do such a crime ending a life and be found guilty. God will be the ultimate judge on this issue no matter what society decide to do, Nothing that we do that is not righteous go without a price to pay.
Justice certaintly was not given to this family at all. I dont understand how you shoot inot a car, kill a INNOCENT child and be found NOT GUILTY? How does that happen ? What happened to the Florida Law 10/20/Life ? pull a gun.. 10yrs. shoot a gun 20 yrs, MURDER certaintly deserves life imprisonment. Something should be done to put the man who shot & killed Marishka in jail for the rest of his life.
If the shoe was on the other foot and the little girl was white, there would be no need for this petition. May God continue to watch over the Lovett family.
I think that this what happened to this innocent child is horrible. and something needs to be done to that man as far as prison time. This is unbelievable. he walks away scott free without a care in the world. What happened to justice?
It is time that we as a community speak up and demand justice. Hopefully by signing this petition justice will be served. I leave saying this God knows the beginning and the end and whatever his will shall be done. God will take care of him if the law can't. My sympathy goes out to beautiful Marishka family, know that she is in a better place and God will never put more on you than you can handle.
