This is a very sad thing that happened, and i would just like to reach out to the family and say that im really sorry for their loss and i hope justice is served
This is outrage. You someone uses a gun they use for purpose to kill someone or something. In dumb plain english this person used a weapon fully knowing that either rather he was defending himself or not he was going to kill someone or hut someone and there is no reason this man should be let go. My heart goes to the family that has lost and my question remains how does Mr. Walsh sleep at night knowing he can live is life and a 5 year child will never know what it feels like to be his age at all?
I think this verdict is a perfect example of how a black life is not viewed as being important. If this had been a white child shot by a black man he would be facing the electric chair.
I pray for this immensly.They are the victims of a corrupt judicial system that exists here in florida. The rest of the world needs to know that corruption in the judicial system is not a thing of the past it is very much alive and kicking here in the south.
Justice was not served, may God Bless & Strenghten the Lovett family, my prayers are with you....and what happend to the 10/20/life law in this case? May justice be served.
This just goes to show that justice really is blind. We need to really take the blind fold off. An innocent baby is gone over something so foolish and the guy walks? This sends the message that it is ok to pull a gone and shoot someone and walk! Since this has happened a friend of mine experienced having a gone pulled on them because they were cut off. God have mercy on those who chose to set him free. I hope this does not happened to them or anyone they love.
The case is sad and terrible for the Lovett family and for the whole black community. When will equality be realized for black people. I hate to pull the race card but, if this little girl were blond with blue eyes and a black man shot and killed her - he would be on death row right now.
My prayers are with both families. The Walsh family will have to live with the fact that due one poor decision this preceious child's light was extinguished far too early!

Honsetly I dont think this monster should sit in jail for the reminder of his worthless life. He should be placed in a gas chamber and let this pretty little girls father handle him and finish the fight. That way our hard earned tax money is not wasted on a fool.
