I am outraged, that this still occurs in our society. This man is walking free after taking such a precious life. One that I will not have the opportunity to know.
Justice was not served. That little girl died for no reason. No matter what the father did he was not armed so there was no reason to shoot into the car if there were 2 men the car being chased and then a third man showed up with a gun.
Walsh got off but the father I believed got charged with something. Justice I think not.
I'm sure we have all experience ROAD-RAGE. The thought of taking the rage to premeditaed murder is very disturbing to me.Knowing that Marishka's life was taken from her so easy.I send my condolence and prays that the goal is met very, very soon. So that justice can be served that way it should have been in the beginning!
Self Defense doesn't kill an innocent child. She was a beautifl and innocent little girl and she is right beside God as we speak. In the sight of God there is always a way. I highly doubt that Mr. Walsh is walking around with a guilt free conscious. Either way, God is the almighty judge, and justice will be served.I don't want to wish evil upon anyone, but what I hope is that he will never forget, and it burdens him for the rtest of his life!
MY PRAYERS ARE WITH THE LOVETT FAMILY. I ALSO WANTED TO SAY IF THAT WAS A BLACK MAN EVEN IN SELF DEFENSE HE WOULDN'T HAVE A GOTTEN HIS VERDICT THROWN OR A SECOND TRIAL
Who gives anyone the right to take someone elses life and walk away scott free, our justice system. I do agree with so many others, God is a righteous judge and He always has the final say.
May God have mercy on the man's soul because when it comes to judgement day, he will suffer eternql damnation to hell. If this was his white child what would he do?
I agree with Ms. Brown comment. Even though man has declared innocent on all charges. theres no greater judgemnet then the final one he will have to face before God. and there you don't have a jury to decide your innocence. its each man for themself at that hearing God Bless the family
If Walsh fired at my unarmed uncle then it wasn't self-defense. God is the ruler of all and he will make as necessary. All we, the family, can do now is to keep praying and leave it in God's hands. Everything happens for a reason.
I feel the verdict of this trial was wrong and a little girl has lost her life for someone's stupidness. I feel he should not only get life but they need to end his life like he ended this little girl's life and give him the death penalty.
I feel that the verdict is extremely disrespectful to the Lovett family as well as the African Ameri.can race as a whole. My
heart goes out to the Lovett family.
If the reports I have heard are correct, this was clearly a case of premeditated murder. The person who committed the murder was not even involved in the confrontation. He had more than enough time for a cooling off period before the incident. The fact that he took the gun and went to the scene is more than enough evidence to me that it was premeditated. His being found not guilty does not say much for our justice system. The fact that he was found innocent also seeems to be sending a message to the Black community that the lives of our children do not carry much merit.
there is something wrong when people believe that it is just to take life and not be held accountable for there action's but God say's vengence is mine say's the lord i will repay.the rite to kill someone because they treaten me ?some one tell us where this is law and when did wee receive the rite to take the law into our own hand's pray for this nation
