I think it's sad that an innocent child, who was unaware of the situation, ended up losing her life and justice wasn't served. This is a sad world we live in where there is so much hatred and violence. I will keep the Lovett family in my prayers.
No matter what triggered this incident.A 5 year old baby lost her life, And this person I can't even call a man needs to be held responsible for his ignorance. And they say justice is blind.HUH
That was not in self defense the othe lovett family did not have a gun. If it was so easy for Mr. Walsh to shot at these people over a stupid road rage it's no telling who he will kill next. he needs to rot in jail. For the Lovett family, you are in my prayers and i'm sorry this had to happen to such a beautiful girl.
There is NO-Way you can call it self-defense when the victim is driving away! At the same time, it's always best to drive away from any Road-Rage you may encounter, it's never worth it. This story breaks my heart! May GOD Bless little Marishka and her family.
it is a sad day when the rash decisions we make change our lives forever -there is no bringing back the innocent angel that was taken that day and yes he should have been found guilty but may the people in the other car take a hard look at their actions as well.. think before we act one moment of rage can cause a life time of pain for so many.

Why make laws such as the 10-20-LIFE if they are not going to be inforced or have loop holes for people like Joshua Walsh. How could the system allow a murder to walk. This is sending a message that it is ok to shoot and kill. If Josha Walsh got away with killing a sweet little angel, why can't every other person on trial be innocent. My deepest condolonces goes out to the family in this tradgic mishap. The family should never stop fighting until justice has been served. My thoughts and prayers are with Marishka and the family. Don't stop praying. Only God can pull the family through.
Justice has not been served, but in time Mr. Walsh will meet his judgement and at that point he will get what he deserves. All that can be done at this point is to pray for this little angel and her family.
I feel that our legal system need to do more to ensure that situations like this will not happen in the future. I believe in my heart that Josh Walsh has not learned his lesson, and if this were to happen again,because he has learned nothing that this will happen again.
I think they should be charged with something. They still killed a human being, a baby in fact. I think florida's made up laws are crazy!! It's like the laws only apply to certain people. If 2 different people do the same crime, only one of those 2 is charged and committed. It's just mind blowing on how the florida system works. They need to die or live life in jail suffering every day for what they did. This little girl's life hasn't had the opportunity to begin. God bless Marishka and her family.
