We are concerned by the fact that Marissa Berstein has recently passed her road test and is on the verge of receiving a New York State driver's license. We have either ridden in a car with Marissa or heard reports of her poor driving ability.

Marissa is known to lose control of the vehicle. She failed a past road test. The tester reportedly wrote on her receipt, "TURNS" and underlined it. We assume this means that she is bad at turns.

Marissa is very overconfident. She thinks she is all that when in reality she is only half that if that.

Marissa is reckless, cocky, and prone to losing control of her vehicle. She would be a terror on the open road and we cannot stand idly by while she is out there making bad turns left and right.

Instead of driving herself places, Marissa should have her friend Jamie pick her up and take her to them. We have unconfirmed reports that Jamie is a very good driver, although quite standoffish.

We urge the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles to revoke Marissa's temporary license and to halt production on her actual license.

It has been documented that Marissa becomes notably excited by the song lyric, "All I want's a moped..." Moreover, Marissa's father, Larry Berstein, has been known to promise to buy her a moped.

Marissa would be a danger to herself and others in any vehicle, and so we also urge you to issue an injunction prohibiting Marissa from operating mopeds.
