Please remove the mascot the steel city is all you need no other city has the kind of fans that the Steelers do lose this fictional character and stick with the real fans like they stick with the Steelers.

We all love the Steelers. Part of our love is the fact that this is a real team that plays real football. We don't need gimmicks to keep us interested in the team. Stick to the basics and spend the money on a free beer day!
Steely is a cheap, pointless, and dumb marketing scheme that tarnishes the franchise. Also, as pointed out on PTI, the name sounds like an adultstar. Please do not allow the franchise to fall to this level.
I was at the Green Bay game with my wife and 7 year old daughter. We were in front of the stadium when we spotted this jerk. He was so busy groping the teenage girls he totally ignored my little girl. She hates him and so do me and my wife.
