Men and Motors was unique in providing car and biking programs and some great "Golden Oldies" like the Professionals. I am NOT remotely interested in yet another BORING quiz channel and would NEVER dream of entering anything on one of them - what a waste of a channel ... bring back M&M PLEEEEESE!!!!!

I support this petition. Some very good points everyones making and i agree. If they had made people aware that Men and Motors was to be available on Freeview they'd have increased the ratings dramatically. Keep up the fight and bring Men and Motors back.
I loved watching Auf Pet, the Sweeny, Minder et al and to pull this for another 'reality' channel shows how rubbish telly has become. It will be deleted from my freeview lineup thats for sure.
ITV's Argument is probably that less people were watching M&M compared to ITV4 etc. Funny that - M&M was not advertised in the media, on other ITV channels and also was not shown in any TV listings magazines. If more people had known about the programmes on offer M&M would have had more viewers. Also most people were unaware of it's existance unless they retuned their set top boxes. I just hope that ITV Play is the commercial flop it deserves to be.
