because men and motors was the only channel that had programs for bikers and it was free.
us poor bikers are constantly getting flak as it is with some peoples biast and silly attitude towards us ( not everyone i hasten to add ) and now they have taken this away from us to and replaced it with some crapy gaming channel which there are two of allready on freeview. this is shameless. mem and motors was a great channel for bikers and motorists alike.

We miss M & M and loved to watch some of the old 70s programmes! The ITV play is a channel that will never be viewed in our household. Another rip off money making scam!
itv arent thinking of the viewers when they put these cheap scam quiz shows on . we want m and m back on freeview was getting better but now its going backwards it will be loosing viewers if its not going to put viewrs first what about some kind sports channel anything is better than cheap scam quizes
These quiz shows are all cashing in on a vast quantity of innocent people who are spending either their own or even worse other people's money foolishly. Bring back the entertainment instead of this tripe.
Whoever made this decision was obviously under the influence of drink or drugs (or both), bring back M&M, scrap these rip-off quiz channels, they are nothing short of a con trick to part you with you your money.

I feel aggrieved at the loss of useful motoring features not covered by other channels. We do not need yet another game channel, lowering the standard of freeview.

There are far too many Quiz programmes, M&M was my favourite of the freeview channels with Sweeny, Professionals and Minder etc, hasn't ITV got enough revenue from advertising and just 1 quiz channel with high call rates, they are just being too greedy!
One of the points which attracted me to Freeview was the large range of good entertainment channels - one of which was Men and Motors and its excellent range of clasic programmes and the lack of low quality channels such as game/ play TV channels.
I can only believe TV is getting worse. If we did not have a licence fee extorted from us, it would not be quite so bad. Bring back M&M. Even my mum watched it!
i miss seeing the good old programmes like the sweeney and the professionals from a time when tv was great instead of brain numbing telephone quiz shows
For two reasons. Im sick of the brainwashing quiz programs which shouldnt even be allowed by law as its a blatent con.
Also I was on m&m's used car roadshow, and I think everyone should have the right to see me lol!
Men & Motors was airing a lot of the well made quality TV from the past - e.g. Minder, Professionals, Sweeny etc. We don't want another waste of time quiz channel.
Theres nothing better than worlds wildest police chases or police camera action!! certainly not a quiz show there only to collect the money flying in to itv
