How about banning Rap? In my honest opinion, there would be more of a reason to ban Rap than Metal. If you want to generalise then how about the degrading lyrics towards women, and the violent themes etc. Call me a hypocrite but I actually like some Rap, but on the whole Rap is music made by people who don't have an instrumental talent. Metalheads can be very ignorant but that doesn't mean there aren't talented Metal bands out there. Dream Theater, Angra and Symphony X are all miles ahead of any Rap group, musically.

That's true when you say that different people like different music, and that labelling others is completely stupid. However, what you just said there needs to be directed to the rock fans and metalheads more than anyone else, cause I don't see any other music groups slapping labels on people or saying that other music sucks besides rock fans and metalheads. It seems like rock/metal fans always needs to be on top, that's why anti rap, pop, boybands, or anyother sites are always created by, you guessed it, a rock/metal fan. They also love using labels like it was m&m candies, such as calling pop fans "teenyboppers ", rap fans "thugs and gangstas", and pop rock/punk/nu metal fans "poseurs". So you see, we all can understand that everyone aren't gonna like the same thing, but apparently, these rock/metal fans don't seem to get it.

Plus their personality, please, from what I've seen, most metalheads and rock fans all act alike, same style, same attitude, same everything.
