I support this petition because it isn't fair for all those kids that live with smokers in their house to always have to endure the 2nd hand smoke.

I support this petition because The Tobacco Industry knowingly, admittingly targets suspectible youth and teens. The health effects that develop as a lifetime result not only impact current health care resource availibity, but also cost taxpayers who opt not to smoke. The bottom line: the tobacco taxes are not enough tocover the resultant health care issues.

There are far too many harmful effects of tobacco industry products but they are still sold. They should have to pay for what they are causing.
