We the undersigned request the revocation of the present conditional use permit issued to the name Sandsrom School of the Arts, at the land parcel #14-178.0200 at 978 Middle Road, La Pointe, WI for the property owned by Craftivity LLC, admimistrated by Charlie Meech, with implied representation by MISA, Cindy Dalzell, Michele Auger and Jim Rodgers for violations of the signed affidavit conditions B. The off-street parking area shall be lit for safety reasons. (The parking area has no lights.) I. The barn shall not be removed. (They removed it. Quickly rebuilding something on the same footprint does not count as "not removed".) J. No additional stores are allowed on the premises. (The on-line store "Made on Madeline" has it's office in the farm house and is intended to generate revenue for the director. The attached memorandum to the CUP, signed by Cindy Dalzell, who is on the website, explains that no other retail sources other than the gallery in the barn are allowed at that location.) K. CUP shall be forfeited if the Sandstrom School of the Arts ceases operation and there is no longer a school of the arts on the premises. (At least 2 artists have not been paid, and "director" Cindy Dalzell has consistently not informed teachers and students of cancellations. Has any one taken an art class there in the last 2 years?) L. No industrial capacity activities or industrial gauge machinery shall be operated outside of the buildings. (Heavy gauge construction has been going on since January. It does not say, only for construction purposes. It says, not at all.) and item M. Any violation of local, county, state or federal ordinances or regulations may be cause for CUP revocation. (Spending $14,000 of restricted donor money for barn renovation on undisclosed items by the MISA board, and then and not filing your taxes for 2004 is against the law.)The current CUP should be revoked by the above named authorities with the legal right to do so at their next scheduled meeting.
