I support this petition. When I first heard of this, I thought it was strange for a pop star to be nominated for the Nobel prize, but now, seeing what he has done, I understand it and agree. He does not have to be defined only by what he does for a living, but what he has done outside of his career. If he hadn\'t been met with such resistance against him, he\'d have accomplished even more in his humanitarian work. Heal the World foundation as well as his oxford speech and the countless other things he\'s done for others really does deserve recognition not only for him, but for his cause. The cause of healing the children of this world. Surely this is worthy of being recognized and explored further, not squashed and hidden behind false accusations. They knew just where to hit him where it hurts the most. It\'s time people see him in truths light and join in his cause.

Michael Jackson should be more recognized for his achievements, he has done so much for the children of the world and used every opportunity to raise awareness for their needs! He also donated so much money of his own to charity, and there\'s so much more. I think it would be only fair if he got nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize!

Having him among us is a privilege that many have yet to recognize.
To award him with this prize does not mean to merely acknowledge his efforts, it means recognizing a true humanitarian role model, such which this world so desperately needs.
People have shown him so little respect in return, and if really we are incapable of gratitude let us, then, perceive this award giving as something we\'re treating ourselves with. Why? Because it would help all the existing generations and those that are yet to come see through all the lies made about this man straight into his pure heart that offers guidance and example of what it really means to be a Human.
