United States-Michael is my personal hero. Listening to his music has definitely made me a better person and has absolutely soothed my soul during some trying times. Even without his philanthropy, Michael is responsible for putting peace in the hearts of millions of people. His soul is amazing and he's an absolute inspiration.

The world should know more about how Michael helps a lot of people but doesn't ask for any credit. I'm 22 and have seen him all my life helping the desperate and sick, he is a world treasure and an ambassador of our time.
Michael deserves this, I feel that in my heart Michael has always done everything to help those in need. Many a people don't get to see the real Michael and the way he truly is because the media doesn't always say the positive things he has done, the fact that Michael helps people in need for the sole fact that he has a good heart is reason enough. I'm not trying to put anyone down in saying this, but Michael is one of only a handful of celebrities that does the helpful things he does because he has a good heart, while most do it for publicity Michael does not! Michael has a pure heart which not many have in this day and age, Michael has always been strong and fought for what he believes in even though most don't know... He's done so much good only to constantly be hurt and have his kindness thrown back in his face, been throw it many a times myself and I know first hand how much it hurts and how it makes you in the end feel. At the end of the day he is tsill a human being, he still hurts and feels, laughs and cries just like the rest of us, and people use his kindness as weakness it's wrong and Michael still keeps on being the wonderful man Michael Jackson is despite what has been done to him and what people have made his kind hearted deeds out to be. I am not saying this because I am a (fan) I am saying this because I met him, I know him and his heart and he deserves this after all he has been through, he deserves to be recognized for the man he truly is and for the positive things he has done far beyond what the media knows and tells... Michael jackson has supported more humanitarian organizations than any other artist e er. He has done most charity and donated more of his money than anyone! Not only does he spend his money and fame on charity, but also a majority of his time. when he tours the world he always visits orphanages ( exuse my english) and ill children at hospitals, without any press following him. not many people knows that. he also helps in donating money for aids and cancer research. He deserves this!
