my 2 year old brother just died my mom cant do everything!!! i need money now this is crap if we are capable for the job then we should be able to get one!
I need a job b/c my sister is pregnant, my dad just lost his freakin job and now hes not answering his phone being a f___in pussy I am a freshman and i have basketball camps and I'm trying to help my mom out also.
I Would like to say that i need a job badly because i am sick and tired of asking my parents for money they have to work for it and that is why i think i should because its not fair to those who do earn the money.
Though i'm 15, I can name alot of things I like to do that require $$ and asking my parents for moola all the time is really starting to bug them and me. I get no allowance so....I want a job so I can have some money in my pocket to save or get what I want when I want. If i'm willing to work, then, what's the problem?
I support young jessie petiton. though his grammar maybe a little off. He presents a good point. When I was growing up I took up odd jobs like shoveling snow, washing cars, mowing lawns within my community or family members. you kids should try as a source of income. My mom is always complaining about how she spends too much money on things I dont need, well if there were more jobs for younger teens then I could buy the things i want on my own.
I need a job! I want to go to australia on my school trip but it's a little less than 4 G's ($3,260 to be exact). I missed the Japan trip because i could'nt work and i didn't want to ask my parents because we have just enough money to survive and I couldn't take that away from them. Teens should have a Right to work, not only to build and prepare for the future, our future but to have the freedom to get what we need and want (video games, food or tres expensive field trips for example). Besisdes adulthood is just three years away... how are we supposed to show you that we' re responsible or mature if you guys never give us the chance or even care enough to give us a chance to prove it. i say let teens work!
I'm in the same boat as Gina (828), though I completely agree with Tony(822). We don't need teenagers like Jessie Sierra (820) representing us and giving more teenagers a bad name.
I'm in NEED of a job, but only during the summers. I need MONEY, and apparently, the only way to get money is by working. I'm fourteen turning 15in October, and there's not much jobs out there looking for minors.
I think that the age limit should be at least 14 at like burger king and McDonalds and stuff but all the places to work are always 16 and up sorry maybe when your older I will most certainly go with this cauese.

as a 15 year old i feel discriminated. as if buisnesses are ssying we are nieve and stupid to do specific jobs. when 15 year olds know more about technology and have more social skills then most adults in this country. we need jobs to pay bill, save for college and build our independence from our parents. we also need jobs to build character and become good citizens. if we dont have to opportunity to have a job wont we become known as the generation of muchers.

Alot of employers discriminate aganist us just because we're 15. And I bet some of us are more responsible and mature than alot of older kids who get jobs right off the bat, just because they're 16 or 17. People are missing out, we are obviously some what responsible if we even took the time to get an application.

I think 15 year olds should be allowed jobs beause this is the year you need to start saving for a car and this is the time you really start going out and hang out with freinds.

i think that a 15 year old should be able to have a job at this age because there are to many teenagers that will go out and vandalise things when they could be working instead and they can earn a bit of money for themselves. there is to many crimes committed these days by young teenagers around 15 years old only for the simple reason being they have nothing else to do apart from this.
i think that once someone hits the age of 15 they should be eligable to work. and not have to wait another yr ntil 16. 15 and up should be able to work even if its part time!!
