I agree that 15 year olds should be able to get jobs in the real world. Even though i am 16 I do understand that it is a lot harder to get a job when you're 15. It's like people are trying to say that you're not responsible enough or something. I couldn't find a job when I was 15 either but I worked at McDonals for a month until I turned 16 and once I did. I gave my 2 weeks notice and started looking for a real job.

Its not fair that many people dont want to hire 12-15 year olds we problably work as hard and even more than others some of us really do need the money.

I turned 15 a few months ago and i was really excited about getting a part tim job to earn a little extra money on the side since there are some companies that will hire at 15. But not many companies do, and as long as the job is appropriate a 15 yearold should be allowed to get any job they want with at least a parents permission.

I only parshily agree with you guys.I'm 15 and I already have 2 job offers(I'm not on honer roll or anything).Their small,but I'll at least get $7.50 an hour.You can get a job at the age of 14,but you have to get it through your school.Go up to your counsler and ask them for a listing of jobs in your area willing to hire 15 year olds.Most companies don't want to hire 15 year olds because we're not expernenced enough in a certen feild,or they have a high standered and can't aford to have a 'kid' mess it up.-Jess
