My family is going through troubles time i want to help work and help take off some pressure but i can't. I think if you're in high school u should be able to get a job.
i totally agree. Christmas is coming up in 2 weeks and I wanna shower my boyfriend and best friends with presents...but im broke like a joke and i have no job.
I am 15 years old and I seriously need a job. I am about to be a senior in high school (yeah thatz right, i'll graduate when I'm 16) and I am about to be on my own so that means I have to support myself.
I am going to be fifteen in a few days, and i want to work. It's like we don't need money. Are we not important? My parents want me to earn my money, but babysitting, doesn't always cut it. i really need a job to earn money for drivers ed and hopefully to save up for a car...and help out my family. 15 year olds are old enough to work and should be able to work.
this is really cool cause i need money and my dad doesnt just give it to me well all my friends parents hand out 20s here and there...its stupid. so i like this cause we need to pay things everyday just like adults!
I think that people under the age of 16 should be alound to work for the state they live in for the simple facts that we all havae live and require things that involve having money. Not all parents are willing to just hand money out freely, if I remember correctly most parents say you have to earn it!

i do agree about 15 year olds having jobs. i mean, im pretty sure other 15 year olds like me are tired of asking our parents for money. we need jobs!!!!!
the last time i check the youngest age for a job was like 15 in nc ...and i cant find a job anywhere they all want 16 years or older its sstupid jus because people think we are "just kids" doesnt mean we are, we are more than that and plenty of use are capeble of working and maintaining school
i support this petition because the fact is i belive 15 years olds are just as responsible as th 16 year olds an i also support this petition because im 15 an have a 2 month daughter an my single mother is supportin us an my two brothers how can i help her if no one is willing to hire,it nakes me pretty mad i cant have a job when im willing to work
we should be able to work without a permit, it just gives more paper work and is a hassle. the only thing we should need is perhaps a parent or gurdians signature.
Yes everyone should have a job ages 15 and up because thats when you first start to want alot of things that your parents will not really beable to afford definitly if you have other sibblings and you are mature enought to work at this age
I agree, we should be able to make the decision for ourselves whether we want to work or not. How else are we supposed to get money if we are not legally allowed to get jobs.
i think minors at 15 should be able to work in a normal working envioronment it would give kids something to do and keep them out of trouble and they would learn responsibility at a young age
