I think it is an outrage that you can only own monkey's/primates insome of the states of the U.S. And the rest are banned I think you should be able to own Monkey's and primates Where ever you want.

I support this petition. I owned a Black Columbian Spider Monkey, from the age of 13-17. She was great companion, and theraputic. People always connect well with animals. Ignorant Neanderthals don\'t :( !!!

I support this petition. Monkeys are the coolest pets you can get, they\'re funny, loving, sweet smart and fun. I think its ridicules how we can\'t have monkeys.

I support this petition. i have always wanted a monkey and used to live in a state where owning one was legal and i was planning on getting one but then i moved to utah...where it is illegal. i dont get why it is as long as you are going to give it a good home.

Personally, I dont see how I can live in the greatest country on the planet and not be able to own a monkey. The pursuit of happiness = monkey ownership. Quote me on that one.

I want a monkey and have since i was little, i think we should be able to have them, they are kind, and sweet, and are like all other pets, we can take care of them and give them good homes like all other pets... so why can't we have monkeys in utah?

I would love to own a monkey. i currently live in a state where it is illegal. even if i ever moved to a state that allows ownership, what if i decided to move again?
