For a while now I've been wondering why we didn't have the same opportunities as the audio and video artists...we need feedback on what we're doing just as much as the others. It would allow us to expand our talent.
As an artist, this is a great idea. MySpace has been very helpful with unsigned bands getting the attention they deserve and work hard for to get noticed and even sign. As an artist the challenges are similar. MySpace is becoming more and more popular every day and it would be ideal to allow a section to be added for the artists. There are amazing talents out there and this would be a great help.
This is important because it gives some truely amazing and gifted artists a chance they may not have had otherwise to get their art and craft out there and noticed by a wider audience to be appreciated the way they should be and havent been for way too long.
so many artists die unheard of and there is too much real talent out there to allow it to go to waste.it is also an opportunity for artists to talk to each other and be inspired which is what art really is about...you never stop learning how to express yourself and the world around you to make others look at it.no matter how many years you paint, you need ideas to develop and try different things. PLEASE DO THIS IT'S A WONDEFFUL IDEA?:D
it would be a GREAT idea to have an opportunity for artists to promote their artwork, network with other artists and possibly find commission (along with many other perks that can spring out of this)! :)
THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE A GREAT THING. WITH LESS PROGRAMS FOR ARTS IN THE SCHOOL IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT FOR MYSPACE TO UTILIZE THEIR FORUM FOR ENRICHMENT OF EVERYONE'S MINDS AS FAR AS ART IS CONCERNED.
