OMG!okay i wanted my nose pierced to and my mom always said no. So i took a needle, steralized it, and then went right through my nose. My mom never noticed for 4 days and when she did she didnt care.She was just like " you pierced it anyway?" and never mentioned it again... now she doesnt care. I also did the same with my belly button. The nose tho, once you pierce it.. its so fast you hardly feel it. so dont do this gay ass petition..honestly just pierce it yourself. And dont listen to the people that say" oh you can get paralized and shit -theyre just pussys. Ive pierced soo many things on my own and nothing ever happened to me except minor inferction on the thing in your ear thats like idn lol and it was only like 3 days.

Sixteen is a good age to start making your own life decisions. As long as you don't believe that this piercing is going to get you somewhere in life or make you cooler then you're on the right track. If changing the way you look makes you content with yourself then go for it. I recently got gadges and died my hair blue-black of my own accord at sixteen too but I'm still the same nice and quircky person as before. ^_^

I got my nose pierced when I was 13. It doesn't hurt any more than having the cartilage on your ear pierced.
