Put a giant cage around the damn city and make it a shooting range. Have people buy body armor and shotguns and charge admission. But first, don't feed the New Orleanders for 7 days, so they begin moaning like the Resident Evil Zombies. Then have the final boss be some giant black women name Shaquanda who's so fat shes bullet proof and the only way to defeat her is feed her poison chicken.
