Anything is better than Microsoft and its CrapBox 360. I have enjoyed many of Sega's games over the years and I don't see why they shouldn't try designing a console.
yea i allways loved and still do love sega. it b kinda cool if microsoft venturd in with them and instead of xbox360 there was a new sega console with microsoft money =D

I dont think Sega needs to be making a new console. They just need to be sole partners with Nintendo and dominate the gaming world. Stupid Sony and Microsoft...
I don't think it makes a lot of business sense for Sega to create a new console. It doesn't fit into their business model of selling software. Since it is now a trend to lose money on a launch, it makes even less sense if you don't have the deep pockets of Sony and Microsoft. If Sega want to make a console, then by all means good luck! I'll support it if it supports superior gameplay and innovative features that don't mimic other consoles.
I own 11 saturn systems, and modify them to play Japanese and European releases. I own a dreamcast. I own a saturn Twin Stick. I own keyboards and mice for both systems. I own a Saturn NetLink, a Backup cart, a 4MB RAM cart, XMen Vs Street Fighter, Marvel Vs Street Fighter, a pressed beta/Final Pre-reease for Panzer Dragoon Saga and Shining Force 3 from Europe.
Port your stuff to a Nintendo console, or go back and do your own again.!
I've always been upset with Sega's decision to be a software only company. It's time to make Sega a household name again! Give them the ONLY system they can play those games on!
I support this petition. SErvice GAmes have a great history in consoles and games. Sega Master System has my first console, after a had Megadrive.I would like to see a new one by Sega!
I support this petition. Absolutely, Sega consoles are always ahead of the game. SOmetimes i think that hurts them, they are actually too awesome, and some arent ready for it. I loved my dreamcast, and still play it now. Many games look and feel better than even modern consoles. You wont get that with your console of choice.
Sega risked it all to try and make people understand the future. Its a shame people are only just catching on to the ideas they pitched years ago. The new generation of consoles with the exception of Nintendo does not know how to innovate.
Sega has made the only system that I have ever bought on launch day. The Dreamcast is my favorite system ever and that's all that needs to be said. They need to make a system that isn't centered on value but the same price as all the others. They know how to make good hardware, they know how to make good games. They just need to spend some cash on a marketing campaign that isn't horrible.

I support this petition. Sega Consoles ruled, were the most innovative and most strong hardware in their own generations. They should be back to home hardware business! With Sammy at Segas side there is no doubt Sega can be the topmost Company and kick both $ony and Micro$ack.
I own a Dreamcast, A Saturn, a Genesis and even a 32X. With the exception of the damn 32X adaptor cables, some of my best memories of my childhood involve playing a Sega console. They have the money, the have the name, and nintendo is on its last console legs. Now would be the time for a new Sega console.
I support this petition as long as there are creative games equalling the competition. sega genesis was one of the systems i grew up on, but sega will have to step it up a notch to be able to compete with even the current-gen because dreamcast did not do well and needed a bigger game library.
