The Permanent Account Removal of nicechris

We the undersigned have reached a point in our chat experience where we feel it is imparative that the MS Executive Board take iniative to revolk the chat privledges of chatters NiceChris for the betterment of MSN chat rooms.
We are requesting that MSN issue a permanent IP ban as well as his account to be canelled due to the fact that NiceChris for his callous, out of line and continual
harrassing remarks in all After Hours and the Lobby chat rooms.
According to MSN's Code of Conduct:
"Please treat all other online participants with respect and do not use MSN communication services to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse other users.... Microsoft reserves the right to remove user-created services and content that advocate or encourage expressions of violence, bigotry, racism, hatred, obscenity, or profanity.Microsoft does not allow behavior or content related to illegal activities. You cannot use MSN communication services to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or discussion. This includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, bestiality incest, illegal drugs, software piracy, and harassment."
According to the above, nicechris has violated many parts of the code of conduct and should be removed. We, the undersigned, have made many attempts to resolve the matter but yet he is still able to roam the rooms as if he is exempt from the rules....which is unexceptable.
In conclusion, we, the undersigned, feel that a person like nicechris SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE THE PRIVILAGE TO BE ABLE TO DEGRADE THE MORALITY OF OTHERS...THUS RUINING THE CHAT EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE!!!
