Ron Westhauser is a pox on the Tampa Bay area. His LOCAL arrest record consists of two charges of domestic violence. His father kicked him out of his house due to his perverse nature of "peeping" on his stepmother. He has admitted to masturbating nightly, having sex with an inflatable woman until it popped, not brushing his teeth in 25 years, and has been wearing the same pair of pants non-stop, unwashed, from December 22nd 2008 to present day (02/02/2009), totaling 42 days and counting. He never washes his hands (even after masturbating IN PUBLIC). He steals TBTs (Tampa Bay Times free daily newspaper) from the official distribution points around the major downtown bus station and hands them out in the mornings in exchange for change and cigarettes. His foot odor is indescribable, but just to start, it travels UPwind. He might tell you a sob story about his wife dying of cancer or some other relative, but this does not excuse the lack of hygiene. He can be found DAILY at the bus station although he never rides a bus or patronizes the institution in any way.

In late December of 2008, he received a wire transfer for $300 from his parents. With this money he purchased beer, 5 pairs of underwear, the aforementioned pants, a cell phone, $10 worth of minutes on the phone (300) and cigarettes. To this day he has not in any way, shape, or form contact his parents to thank them for their generosity.

As a last but certainly not final reason to condemn this leech on society, he shoplifts reading glasses, lighters, and steals other homeless people's bags.

The goal of this petition is to have Ron Westhausser "trespassed" from the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART) Center, otherwise known as the Marion Transit Center. Please help Tampa a more appealing city to travel in!

All the previous and following statements are FACTS. No embellishments or artistic liberties have been taken. No opinions have been voiced or documented. As humorous as this petition might be, it is all true.

Final notes:

"Cowboy" Ron leaves scatterings of cigarette butts wherever he plants himself. Although optimistically providing job security for custodians, he still generates garbage and is too lazy to dispose of it properly.

After weeks of scouring ashtrays for cigarette butts at the Tampa Tribune they finally asked him to leave and not return.

An innocent bathroom sink was destroyed in a motel room during his 36 hour $300 drunken and drug addled rampage. He woke up at 6AM and skipped out on the damage to a mom & pop motel on Nebraska Avenue.

The man absolutely refuses to sell newspapers, plasma or blood for a legitimate or remotely respectable source of income, and has turned down countless employment opportunities.
