To Everyone who is tired of having two day weekends:

I Believe that school could be four days per week. This would aleviate the "hump day" and would encourage students to try harder.

School times would have to be lengthened obviously, but would you rather spend an additional one and a half hours in class or another day at home?

If School hours were increased even 1.5 hours, we would never be in class another Friday!

Think about it! No more dreading Wednesdays because you have the feeling of a Thursday!

Even on a provisional basis, I believe this idea would be an immediate success.

I support this petition. It would be brilliant, I don\'t minds long school days if I could get another day in the weekend. Many of us have a lot of hobbies which we do on saturday and sunday and we hardly have free time or time for school work. I\'m often too sick of it all after a school day to do it after school so I do most of my work in the weekend but I have very little time for it...

I Think It Would Be A Great Idea For One Kids Could have Longer Weekends and Even If Some Of Summer Is Taken Away I Know A lot Of Kids Who Want To Go Back To School To See There Friends and to get out of the house. plus most of us would still have memorial day and some other holidays to get out of school.

Uhm, there was a person in the above comment who said that there would be less summer vacation if school were four days a week. Just because school is four days a week doesn't mean there will be less summer vacation. So, I kinda do support this petition. :)

I do believe that school be shortened to four days a week instead of five days a week. Sure you'll have a longer school days but you get out for the weekend a day earlier. That way you have more time to relax and/ or do your school work. That is what I think.

I dont support this, mostly because of sports. Later practices and longer school days. I would rather have 5 days normal than have 4 long ass school days, plus school is the only time i get to socialize, i sleep on the weekends, especially after the type of b-ball practices i got. Peace.
