In 1968, Edward Earl Williams brutally stabbed, beat and murdered 6 year old Perry Lynn White. Mr. Williams had previously stabbed an 8 year old girl, but she survived his attack. According to the Post-Release and Parole Commission, Williams will be paroled on or before March 21, 2009.
