The London Congestion Charge is just another money making scam, to discriminate against the right of motorists. Who already pay enough money for car tax and fuel, and do not want to pay your stupid £8 Congestion Charge just for entering the charging zone. Mayor Ken you are a utter disgrace to London and have done absolutely nothing to improve public transport. Instead you want us the rider bicycles which is dangerous in London who get attacked by black cap drivers who obviously dislike cyclists and yet taxi drivers are exempt from your poxy money making tax. So do the right thing for once and abolish your stupid childish Congestion Charge and and give your position to Boris Johnson instead.
