It has all been downhill ever since Doug Steenland took over as CEO of Northwest Airlines. His incompetence to lead an Airline was proven when the company declared bankruptcy. There is now a dark shadow looming over all of us hard working employees. Why? There is an unknown future for all of us. Why? Now after many dedicating years to the success of NWA, Doug Steenland comes along and throws it all away. Why? Is this what we wanted? No. It's what he wanted. When a leader shows no skills in leadership they must be removed. Doug Steenland dug the hole which we are all now in. And now we need to remove this parasite from office.
