Dr. Justin A. Frank (M.D.) is the “Director of Psychiatry” at George Washington University and a “Professor of Psychiatry” at George Washington University Medical School. In the highly informative book of Dr. Justin A. Frank, “Bush on the Couch: Inside the Mind of the President,” Dr. Frank, a renowned psychiatrist, indicates that George W. Bush is mentally ill. Dr. Justin Frank has diagnosed Bush with megalomania. In addition, Dr. Justin Frank indicates that Bush suffers from an “obscure delusional system” that drives his behavior. Furthermore, Dr. Justin Frank indicates that Bush suffers from (a) paranoia; (b) denial; (c) protective delusions; (d) schizophrenia-like problems or schizophrenia; (e) ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder); (f) learning disabilities; and (g) pathologically blaming others and not accepting responsibility for his actions. Dr. Justin Frank wisely indicates that the sole treatment plan—for Bush’s benefit and the public’s benefit—is to remove President Bush from office. I'm not a yank myself, but I have a suggestion. Why don't you each, individually, send a registered letter to the State Department declaring that you, as an individual, are seceding from the Union? If a million Americans did this, the furore would bring down the American system of government. Then you could have a Constitutional Convention to reform your 18th century, horse-and-buggy system. Alternatively, you could just put your affairs under the direction of the British Colonial Office until you are ready for self-government.

I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PETITION. Compared to what the Democrats gave us with Clinton Bush is a breath of fresh air.
