Due to the most recent economic climate changes and the increasingly competitive market, management feels there needs to be an adjustment on the rule of when Trish can turn on the No Vacancy Sign at the corporate office.

Currently all nine hotels need to have perfect sells in order for the sign to illuminate. Although this task is extremely difficult, it is not impossible due to the overwhelming talent that Mr. Bello has placed in all of his hotels.

This amendment will change the current rules to reflect perfect sells in a particular market rather than the entire company. After the new rule takes effect, if one of the three markets (WM, AM & Downtown) has a perfect sell, Trish will be permitted to turn on the sign. Not only with this put the historic no vacancy sign to good use, it will also boost morale in the Bither Suite of Corporate office.
