In this respect he is like Bobby, and that attracts quality players to a club. But this has to be a long term strategy, and it is up to the fans to support him if he takes the job. No placards or banners in 18 mths time asking for his head. We as fans have to be much more long sighted than we have been. Howay Freddie, get Ottie in!
