It's discriminatory for insurance companies to cover other diseases, and yet single out this one. For most of us a medical condition is to blame. Wanting a child is an inborn, biological drive. Some would consider the ability to have sex "optional," yet I guarantee there is coverage for treatment of erectile disfunction. Any help would be appreciated. Set limits on the number of cycles, or on costs covered. But provide us with something. Even covering just half the cost of a procedure would make a huge difference to lower and middle income families.
I want nothing more in life than to become a mother. I will never be given the chance because I can't afford to have the IVF that I need to make my dream come true. =(
