i dont think it matters really. he looks great with or withought guyliner on. i dont think he wears too much or anything. hell, i probably wear more than him some days. at the end of the day it doesnt metter how much eyeliner you wear or even if you wear it at all. though i think he looks more like a stereotypical pop punk band member with it, he looks more like a hudband/dad withought it.

I think Billie Joe looks just as good without eyeliner, as he does with it. But either way, it's what's on the inside that counts and Billie's a good hearted person so that's really all that counts. What also counts, is that he's married to Adie. A great woman with two beautiful kids. He loves her and those children more than his life so we really need to stop wishing her dead or to be in her place. But it is nice to dream. ;) Adiestars said she was the biggest Green Day fan ever and bragged about how she had all their CD's, posters, books, all that crap. Well no, that's not about being their biggest fan, that's about being the most obsessed. I think being the true biggest fan, means staying a true fan no matter what. When everyone else is criticizing them because the Foxboro Hot Tubs 'suck' and you're right there to defend them, stand your ground, that's what it's about. When the newest pop rock band comes out on the charts and everyone else is going to there concerts while Green Day's still working on their new album and you're just anxiously waiting, that's a true biggest fan. It's not about all the materialism. I know every one of their songs, could recite every word of every lyric to you, but do I have all the CDs? No. I'd love to see Billie Joe's face every day, but do I have every single poster that was ever sold up on my walls? No. I know absolutely everything about the guys of Green Day except for what's kept personal in their lives. But do I own all the books? No. Because is my family rich? No! So money and materialism is not what being the biggest fan is all about...And eyeliner isn't need to make someone hot. Thank about that loves. :)

Someone seen this and told me but... man. Wow. You know, Green Day performed all these years without wearing guyliner. I mean... who cares if someone finds him attractive with or without it? I don't say... Well I like looking at a girl with makeup but I'll leave her as soon as she washes it off.The fact of the matter is, we all live behind masks. Be it Halloween masks or make up. Everyone tries to hide something and eyeliner is a subject, in most cases, that tells the other person just how sad they are. Or how much they want to hide and how unhappy they are. Why do you think that it is so big in the emo world?He's 35. Chances are, you won't see him wear it again. With each CD made, if changes in appearance is needed in order to help with that statement, it will be made. Otherwise, we're going to go back to the same old asshole who wears t-shirts from other bands and jeans and chucks. He has a family to run, he has a business to run and he isn't worried about going out and buying that new stick of eyeliner just to appeal to everyone.However, I do support your opinions but I think that you really need to see the actual message that is written within the songs and the whole CD in general. It's not about looks, if it was about looks then half of the greatest punk bands would have went on unknown because they weren't measured up to what is acceptable and what isn't.
