Video Games are overpriced. It costs less than .25 cents (per cd) to mass produce video games. The production costs do run anywhere from $5 Million to $30 Million but if they sell 1 Million copies (and most games that costs $30 million to produce do) then they bring in $20 million in profit at the gamers expense. Whats worse is when you go to sell your games or trade them in they depreciate to $3 to $15. Even if you have a recent game it'll bring in $15 and they resell it for $45 b/c its used. I propose the Federal Trade Commision regulate the costs so the the gamers are offered a fair price and the development companies aren't laughing all the way to the bank.

F**k the video game market. They're just a bunch a greedy a**holes. People should not have to pay $50 for a piece of plastic. I bought a gameboy in 1997 for $50 bucks, now the the game cost $50 bucks.

$100 for a single game (in australia) is bullshit when most games are terrible to start with.

Yes. I beat a game in four hours and should have rented it for $5 at Blockbuster. Now I'm stuck with a fifty dollar piece of plastic to look at. Maybe the price should be related to the quality of the experience, as award winning fifty dollar games cost the same as crappy games like Cars or Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.

if u charge so much for games, we dont have enough money to buy the other games u make. if u made them cheaper we could buy more, and u'd make more money
