I don't beleive he is innocent, and I do beleive in the death penalty; but I don't think he received a fair trial because of the media.

I support this petition. The DP verdict was not supported by evidence. In fact the guilty verdict alone was not. It's turn the media stops controlling the outcome of a verdict and jurors stick to the law. I still can't figure out what evidence led them to reach that verdict and never will. Emotions should be left at the door and the jurors should follow the law. Obviously this jury was incapable of doing same.

I support this petition. This trial was a disgrace. Laci gave birth to Conner and lived 2 or 3 weeks after that. Scott was not involved. There was more than enough evidence for an honest jury which actually looked at it to find him not guilty.

I support this petition. What is the real story behind this burglary across the street, was it committed by Todd and Pearce and the sometimes mysterious third person that is mentioned sometimes? Was it committed by the three dark skinned men as was witnessed in the neighborhood? Was it done with a white honda, a white pickup as Catherine Crier stated, or a van? Was it committed at 3:00AM on the 24th, or later on the 24th? Was it committed on the 26th? Was it committed on the 27th, which has shown up in some reports, which would mean it was committed while the Medina's were home. Why weren't they given the 3 strike rule? Why was the safe destroyed? There are just to many different stories and questions surrounding the burglary. Nothing adds up and I can not believe that it does not have anything what so ever to do with Laci's murder, and I find it even harder to believe no one else in power is questioning this.

I definately have my doubts about this whole thing. Scott obviously isn't perfect, no-one is, but it doesn't mean that he is a murderer. I have followed this since day one, read all I could read and I don't feel that there was enough good evidence and feel that there was some fishy police work. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and their opinion should be respected. In my opinion, Scott is Innocent!

if anyone has ever needed to burn in hell it is scott. you would all feel the same way if it was your loved one. i've got some news for you criminal experts. innocent men don't tell their lovers that their wife is dead before police even find a body. innocent men don't LIE to police about "STUPID" details if they WANT to find their wife. and innocent men sure don't try to run for the border with dyed hair and 10,000 dollars. what was he trying to do , buy 5000 tacos/ sounds like he's about as innocent as oj.

I dont fully believe he is guilty and even if he is I dont believe in the death penalty. That is an easy way out.
