Opposition to the PACT Act (Snus/Smokeless Users)

Rising opposition is growing!

In tough economic times like this, phrases such as "for the kids" and "to stop terrorism" are being tossed around in order to pad the pockets of the politicians who obviously do not stand for or care about the American's they are supposed to represent!
We, as a unified body stand against the PACT Act, as snus and smokeless tobacco users, and the effect it is going to have in preventing people from easily having access to snus and other harm reduced forms of smokeless tobacco (such as nasal snuff), thereby preventing the 45 million American smokers who cannot quit by traditional means from being able to easily access other means to help them quit smoking. We oppose the PACT Act and are calling for it's repeal, or an exception of Swedish Snus and Nasal Snuff from the PACT Act immediately!
