We, the citizens of Philadelphia are tired of the monopoly that SEPTA has had on the public transportation system in Philadelphia. The current strike has proved to us that SEPTA and SEPTA's union: TWU Local 234 do not care about the residents, many of whom are students, workers and elderly people who use and live on their services each and every day.

The purpose of this petition is to begin the process of ending SEPTA's monopoly on public transportation and/or begin the process of choosing another company for Philadelphia.
