All goal statements shall apply to the municipalities AND local surrounding municipalities, jurisdictions, townships and boroughs of Collegeville and Trappe in Montgomery County.

Stated Goals:

1. Immediate carbon filtration upgrade to Collegeville/Trappe municipal air strippers.
2. Immediate transition from TCE to safe alternative at Accellent and Superior.
3. Immediate public notice of raw water data from the municipalities above.
4. Immediate public notice of PA State Health Department Cancer studies and adverse health reports from Montgomery County that relate specifically to TCE exposure.

Right To Know Law Requests have been filed for the public notices listed above.

Additional Goals:

• Immediate cancer and adverse health studies due to TCE exposure to be carried out by the PA State Health Department for Montgomery County.
• Immediate Voluntary and Free Indoor TCE testing in homes conducted by DEP and/or PA Health Department. An Environmental Group may do same at its own discretion.
• Immediate Mandatory indoor TCE testing in schools conducted by DEP.
• Immediate Voluntary Free Mobile Lab for TCE exposure breath testing of local residents conducted by the DEP and/or PA Health department.
• Immediate additional outdoor testing of air at additional locations by the DEP.
• Immediate additional outdoor testing of water at additional locations by the DEP.
• Immediate additional outdoor remediation at additional locations via carbon equipped air strippers by the DEP.
• Immediate cleanup of DCE sites to be paid for by Accellent and Superior.
• Immediate DEP testing of contaminated sites for Vinyl Chloride and clean-up of same to be paid for by Accellent and Superior.
• Fund established to be paid for by Accellent and Superior for past, present and future victims of TCE exposure to include
locating, identifying and compensating people who have been subject to adverse health conditions with or without cancer due to TCE related exposure; this shall apply where applicable to families or estates of deceased victims.

Once outdoor remediation has brought down levels enough to make indoor remediation possible the following shall apply.

Future Goal:

• Immediate indoor remediation at homes and schools testing positive for TCE exposure to be paid for by Accellent and Superior.
