PayPal is wonderful! Un fortunately, it is not yet offered in Poland or the Philippines due to the monetary systems &/or financial regulations in those countries at this time. But keep asking, because PayPal wants to work something out just as much as we do. Now all we have to do is persuade the government(s) to agree~{{:ž>}~!!!
Paypal should have included the Philippines a long time ago. Some of the best IT personnel are from the Philippines and with Paypal, payment would be easier for people working offshore.
thats the reason why and it is not because paypal doesnt want to operate here. after all only a crazy foolish company will stay away from a lucrative business oppurtunity
I strongly agree that paypal should extend their services in the philippines. knowing that a significant number of online users are Filipinos residing in our country. That would be of great help for us.
Paypal should offer their service to the Philippines. If Paypal really cares about the needs of the people and the entrepreneurs they would extend their service here in Philippines.

and there's the issues of fraudulent, abusive , etc. use of accounts. they should fix that once the service is available here in the PHI.
I would definitely use Paypal for purchases at Ebay. Sellers prefer paypal which I have no access to. Furthermore , cash placed inside an envelope is not secure.
