Ebay realized that there are a lot of online shoppers in the Philippines, i
hope PayPal will realize it too. Ebay PH is useless without PayPal coz they

as far as i know paypal can't operate in countries who's banking
system does not have ACH even if Paypal wants too. Try using other
alternatives. |

It is recognized that paypal is the currency acceptable in most ebay
transactions. Not having the service here is stunting the growth of ebay.
Without paypal in the Philippines makes ebay transactions too much of a
